We are a busy barber shop so we strongly suggest you book an appointment. We suggest booking next day or future appointments online so we can avoid a lot of calls and spend more time focusing on hair cuts. You must sign up then sign in before you can book your appointment online make sure you receive a notification either in email or a text that your appointment was  booked correctly.

EFFECTIVE october 1ST, 2017

Upper Cutz Barber Shop is a very busy barber Shop. We are based on appointments only taking walk-ins if we have spots open. We book appointments for your convenience. Please respect our time and other clients who are trying to book appointments. In return, our expectation is that you the client will make every effort to be keep your scheduled appointment. While we understand that circumstances may arise that will require a possible cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, the following policies are in place to ensure that we can accommodate all our valued clients as efficiently and effective as possible given the limited amount of available appointments per week.

CANCELLATIONS

3 hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. The online booking service will allow you to cancel your appointments as necessary. You will get reminder of your appointment sent to you the day before appointment cancel or change appointment  if you cannot make it to you next day appointment for any cancellation less than 3 hours prior to appointment the client will be charged for the full price of the missed service. We will send thru email or added to next appointment you must pay at next service. Two consecutive cancellations in less than a 24-hour period will cause a client to lose their online scheduling privileges and we reserve the right to refuse future services to the client.

NO SHOWS

Failure to completely show up for a scheduled appointment without canceling it online, or without first contacting us by way of telephone, voicemail message or email, will cause a client to lose their online scheduling privileges and the client will be charged for the full price of the missed service. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse future services to any clients for failure to show up for an appointment without the courtesy of an advanced cancellation or notification.

LATE ARRIVALS

To ensure that we deliver the best possible haircut, shave and customer service to our clients, we have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s) insures the proper time necessary for the barber to comfortably complete your services. We regretfully cannot satisfactorily complete any service if a client arrives late, and we reserve the right to decline any service to a client who is late for their scheduled appointment.
